In order to replace the timing chain on the Fiat Punto Evo, you need to go and open the bonnet, so that you have access to the components located inside the engine compartment: on the left side of the engine block, there will be a side cover that must be removed , since the timing chain is located underneath it. By unscrewing the screws that fix the chain tensioner, it will be possible to reduce the tension of the chain and remove it from its chainrings: in this way it will be possible to insert the new chain around them, then covering everything with the relative side panel.
