Let's see how to replace the stone guard on a Punto Evo. You can easily find it on any e-commerce platform for just under 15.00 euros (+ transport costs). First we have to lift the car and remove the wheel, then remove the screws that hold the element in place. If the bodywork of the stone guard is damaged, we will have to help ourselves with pliers. It is best to remove the front first. Now we reassemble the stone guard inside the bodywork, bending it so that it snaps back into place. At this point we put all the dice back in place and the job is over. Put the wheel back in place and we're good to go.

How to Remove the Steering Column on an Opel Meriva
