In this video tutorial, you can see how to replace the external rear-view mirror on a Fiat 600 by following some simple steps: first, purchase a new mirror from an authorised car parts dealer. Next, get into the vehicle, turn off the car, and engage the handbrake. Open the door, then use a screwdriver to remove the three screws securing the mirror (tip: when you reach the last screw, hold the mirror with one hand, as it may come loose and fall). Once the screws are removed, be careful with the rubber seal, as it can harden over time and may break; now, remove the panel by pulling it from one side until it stops, then twist and pull it off using some force. After removing the panel, you will find a protective sponge inside (if it has come off the metal, keep it aside). Remove the mirror and replace it with the new one, then reassemble all parts in reverse order.
