How to Replace the Radiator Expansion Tank

Model: Fiat Fiorino MK 3 - Years 2007-2026

In case of coolant leaks from the expansion tank, you must replace the tank itself; wait until the engine is completely cold and drain the coolant through the designated drain plug located under the radiator; then disconnect the return and outlet hoses from the appropriate nozzles on the tank by loosening the respective clamps; unscrew the mounting bolts of the tank to remove it completely and install the new one, reconnecting the hoses; finally, fill the system with the appropriate coolant, avoiding the formation of air bubbles.
