How do you adjust the carburetor on a vintage Fiat 500?

The carburetor of the Fiat 500 contains both gasoline and air, which, with appropriate dosages, allow the engine to run optimally. If the engine speed is too high, or if there is a stutter, it means that the aforementioned carburetion needs to be adjusted. As you can see from the video, there is absolutely no need for electronic equipment, only a screwdriver and experience are needed. In fact, the adjustments will need to be made on the intake of air and gasoline, by acting on the screws provided, screwing and unscrewing a little at a time and listening to the engine run each time.
