To reset the Service light on the Fiat Tipo, you must hold down the accelerator pedal while the instrument panel is turned off: continuing to hold it down, you will be able to insert the key into the ignition and turn it to turn on the instrument panel. Once this is turned on, you will need to continue holding down the pedal and press the brake pedal five times; then you will need to release the brake pedal and continue holding down the accelerator pedal for about a minute. Finally, you can turn off and turn on the instrument panel to verify that the light is off.
