Replacement of the rear suspension springs of the Ford Fiesta 5

To replace the rear suspension springs of the Ford Fiesta, we put the car on a lift, loosen the nuts of the rear wheels, lift the car and finish disassembling the two rear wheels. We clean the shock absorber mount on both sides and place a hydraulic jack under the mount to relieve tension on the suspension. We unscrew the shock absorber nut with a 15mm socket, lower the jack and repeat the operations on the other side. With the axle lowered, we remove the two springs and their rubber mounts, clean the surfaces and insert the new springs with the mounts. We raise the mount with the jack, insert the shock absorber bolt and tighten it with a torque wrench. We repeat the operations on the other side, put the wheels back on and lower the car.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?
