How do you replace the rear headlight bulb of the Ford C-Max?

The replacement of the rear headlight bulb on the Ford C-Max is done by opening the rear hatch, so that it is possible to access the inner trim panel: once this panel has been detached, the screw underneath that secures the headlight assembly in place can be loosened, so that the assembly can be removed and disconnected from the connector. Once the headlight has been freed, it will be possible to open it and remove the bulb inside; once the old bulb has been removed, the new one can be inserted to verify that everything is working.
