Below are the steps to remove and replace the rear light bulbs on a Ford C-Max. First, open the rear hatch of the boot and start removing the plastic cover of the inner panel to access the first rear light bulbs; replace them if necessary, as shown in the video.

At this point, you can access the other bulbs by removing the rear light assembly, unscrewing the fixing screws, and disconnecting the electrical connector; replace any faulty bulbs with new ones of the same fitting.
