Replacement of the rear brake pads on a Ford Kuga

Today we will see how to replace the rear brake pads on a Ford Kuga, second generation model produced from 2012 to 2019. We start the procedure by lifting the vehicle and removing the rear wheel, then we remove the metal fixing tab on the front of the brake caliper and unscrew the two screws on the back of the caliper as shown in the video. Once this is done, we can open the brake caliper and remove the worn pads, finally we retract the brake piston and insert a pair of new pads following the reverse procedure.
