How do you replace the cabin fan resistor of the Ford Transit?

In order to replace the cabin fan resistor of the Ford Transit, you need to completely dismantle the dashboard, loosening the screws that hold the respective trim panels: once these have all been completely detached, you will be able to locate the fan in the central upper part of the dashboard.

You will need to unscrew the screws that hold it in place and also disconnect the power cables in order to remove the corresponding resistor: the new one can now be positioned in order to reassemble all the components and check its operation.
