How to Replace the Fan Belt on a Ford Transit?

Follow these steps to replace the cooling fan belt on your vehicle: open the bonnet and locate the belt on the left side of the fan. Next, remove the screws securing the cover above the engine and use a socket spanner to loosen the tensioner pulley, then extract it from the engine bay. After that, take the new belt (always check the replacement specifications first - length and model), reconstruct the belt path, and reposition it while keeping the tensioner pulley extended. Once you have finished positioning the belt, loosen the pulley and restore the correct tension.
