How to Replace the Timing Belt on a Ford Transit

In this video tutorial, you will see how to replace the timing belt on a Ford Transit 2500 DI. The first step is to purchase a new timing belt. Lift the bonnet and secure it with the appropriate prop. Remove the front panel and the radiator; after removing the front panel, drain the radiator using the designated tap. Disconnect the hoses connecting to the radiator; slightly loosen the bolts on the auxiliary belt pulleys. Now, using a 32 mm spanner, remove the fan by turning it anti-clockwise; place a screwdriver between the pulley bolts to keep it steady; remove the auxiliary belt and replace it with a new one; reassemble all parts in reverse order.
