In this video tutorial we can see how you can replace the timing belt on Ford Transit 2500 DI. The first thing to do is buy a new timing belt. Lift the bonnet and secure it with the appropriate rod. Disassemble the front part and the radiator; after having removed the front part, empty the radiator using the specific tap. Remove the pipes connecting the radiator; loosen the services belt pulley screws slightly. Now with a 32mm wrench we have to remove the fan, then turn it counterclockwise; place the screwdriver between the screws of the pulley, it will help to keep it blocked; remove the service belt and replace it with a new one; reassemble all the parts by proceeding in reverse order.
