Let’s discover the information regarding the disassembly and replacement of the timing chain on the Ford Transit 2.2 TDCi. First, open the vehicle's engine cover and begin disassembling and removing the engine mount, then unscrew the screws of the timing cover; next, lift the vehicle and remove the right front wheel and the wheel arch liner, disconnect the V-belt and remove the crankshaft pulley, as shown in the video.

At this point, take the necessary references for replacing the timing chain; replace the chain and the timing components, such as the guides and, if necessary, the water pump.
