In this guide, we will see the main instructions on how to disassemble and replace the timing chain of the Ford Transit 2.2 TDCi. First, open the vehicle's hood and start removing the engine support and the distribution cover, unscrewing all the fixing screws; disconnect the alternator belt and remove the crankshaft pulley, lifting the vehicle to access it, as shown in the video. At this point, take the necessary references for the replacement of the chain, loosening the chain tensioners to remove it; also replace the accessory components of the chain, following the video tutorial until the end!
