If refrigerant needs to be added, proceed in short bursts, allowing time for the reading to stabilize between each dispensing, and stop when the value falls within the range indicated by the gauge/instructions.

When finished, close the dispensing valve, allow the reading to stabilize, then carefully disconnect the quick connector and replace the cap on the port.
