Today, I will show you how to reset the oil change light on a 2009 Ford F-150. Insert the key into the ignition switch and turn on the instrument cluster. Press the trip button repeatedly until you select the reset option, hold the button until the reset of the light is complete; release the button and restart the instrument cluster. The reset should only be performed after completing the necessary maintenance tasks. Otherwise, do not perform the reset as it may compromise the control module or the oil level sensors.
