How to Replace a Bulb in the Front Headlamps of a Ford Fiesta

To replace the bulb in the front headlamp of a Ford Fiesta MK7, you need to unscrew the screws that secure the headlight assembly: there are 3 screws requiring a star screwdriver and an Allen key. Disconnect the main electrical connector that powers the entire headlamp, located on the outer side. Now you can pull the headlamp outwards and place it on a flat surface. Remove the rubber cap at the back, pull out the old bulb from its housing, disconnect the connector, attach it to the new bulb (without touching the bulb with your hands), insert it into the housing, and secure it with the metal tab. Replace the rubber cap, and reinsert the headlamp, ensuring the pin goes underneath, not above. Re-screw the three screws, reconnect the main electrical connector, and test the lights.
