Learn how to remove the rear lights from a Ford Kuga MK2: open the tailgate and remove the two plastic caps covering the bolts (pry them off with a screwdriver). Unscrew the two 8 mm bolts located under the caps and slide the light forward, then pull it out (it can be a bit tricky but it will come off). Disconnect the electrical connector. The rear lights have LEDs on a printed circuit, not replaceable bulbs; if the LEDs do not work, you will likely need to replace the entire light unit. In the video, it was just a wiring issue, as it worked on the other side but not on this one. It is advisable to perform this test before purchasing a new light: try connecting it to the other side to see if it works, which will help determine if the problem is with the light or the wiring.
