How to Replace the Wipers on a Ford Focus

Model: Ford Focus MK 2, Focus 2 - Years 2004-2011

To replace the wipers on a Ford Focus, lift the wiper arm off the windscreen until it is in a vertical position. Rotate the blade to access the fixing point and locate the release tab on the attachment. Press the catch and slide the blade down to free it from the arm hook. Take the new blade and attach it following the same orientation as the one removed, sliding it until it locks in place. Check that the attachment is securely fixed by pulling lightly on the blade. Carefully lower the arm back onto the windscreen to avoid damaging the glass. Repeat the same operation on the other wiper and, once the installation is complete, operate the system to check the correct functioning of the new blades.
