How to Locate the Fuse Boxes on a Ford Focus

On a Ford Focus 2, the fuse boxes are located in two main areas. The first is in the cabin, under the dashboard on the passenger side.

Remove the plastic panel under the glove compartment to access the box and fuses. The second box is in the engine bay, generally on the left side near the battery.

Lift the plastic cover to find the main high-amperage fuses and relays. The internal box protects circuits such as interior lights, radio, and window lifts, while the engine box manages high-load systems like starting, ABS, and fans.

Correctly locating the fuse boxes is essential for replacing them in case of failure, avoiding short circuits, and ensuring the safety of the vehicle's electrical systems.
