Removing the Alternator from a Ford Fiesta

In this video, you will learn how to remove the alternator from a Ford Fiesta 1.4 TdCi sixth generation. Lift the vehicle with a jack from the front right (passenger side) and remove the front right wheel. Now, remove the plastic wheel arch liners held by screws; then, remove the three clips from the pipe in front of you and unscrew the two screws located above this pipe: this will allow you to extract the plastic cover that protects part of the alternator. Next, loosen the nuts on the pulleys to remove the belt: at this point, unscrew the screws that hold the alternator.
