This video shows how to remove and replace the driver's side wing mirror on a Ford Focus. First, remove the plastic cover plate corresponding to the wing mirror and extract the two clips holding it in place.

At this point, you can unscrew the bolts, disconnect the connector, and pull out the old mirror. To fit a new wing mirror, pass the connector from the outside to the inside, clip the piece in place, and secure it with clips and bolts.

Once done, connect the connector, check that everything works, and refit the plastic cover plate.
