Open the boot lid and observe the area behind the affected light. You will notice a door, inside the trunk cloth itself, which you can easily remove by hand. Behind this door there is a connector that you will have to disconnect and two plastic clips that you will have to unscrew. Once this is done, you can extract the affected light by pulling it from the outside. With the headlight now free, you can position yourself wherever you want, for example on a work bench, and open the rear cover of the headlight by releasing the three fixing clips. Finally you can replace the exhausted bulb and proceed with the reassembly.

How to reset the on-board computer of the Peugeot 208?

Resetting the Peugeot 208's on-board computer, the system called SMEG, is very simple. We can do this in case the system shows signs of malfunction, freezes, or in any other case where a restart could solve the problem. To reboot, simply hold down the two keys located in the lower left corner of the computer at the same time. After a few seconds, the SMEG system display will switch off, the Peugeot logo will appear and the start-up procedure will start. We wait patiently for the restart to complete as it may take some time.
