How to Replace the Air Filter on the Ford Flex

To replace the engine air filter, follow these steps: open the hood, locate the box containing the filter on the left side of the engine compartment, and disconnect the power connector of the air sensor on the tubing. Next, unclip the retaining clips of the filter cover and lift it off. Remove the old filter and take the new one (always check the specifications to ensure the filter type is suitable for your vehicle). If necessary, clean the housing area and install the new filter. Finally, reattach the cover and secure the metal clips, and the job is complete.
