Replacing the air filter in the Ford Flex is an extremely simple and quick operation, let's see how to proceed in this tutorial. First of all, we wait for the engine to cool completely so that we can operate safely, then we open the hood and locate the filter box located in front of the battery. Next, we unlock the two metal clips along the front edge, disconnect the sensor connector if the cable is too short, and lift the upper half of the airbox. At this point, we can remove the old filter, clean the inside of the housing, and install the replacement.
