In this descriptive video, we can see how to replace the air delivery pipe that goes from the intercooler to the intake manifold in a Ford Galaxy 2000 TDI. In this car, the engine light would come on at a certain RPM and there would be an air leak. The first thing to do is to purchase a new original Ford pipe from an authorized dealer. Lift the hood and secure it, now we need to remove the upper engine cover. The pipe is held together by two clamps, to remove the lower clamp we need to remove the headlight, so we have to unscrew the fastening elements of the headlight and then disconnect the plug. Once the headlight is removed, we need to remove the clamp with a 7mm wrench. Once the two clamps are unscrewed, we can slide off the pipe. Now let's install the new pipe in place with the appropriate clamps and then reassemble the previously removed headlight.

How to replace the Ford Transit key battery

Below I will explain how to replace the remote control key battery on the car, take a small screwdriver and pry the rear part of the remote control, (where there is the ring), at which point unhook the back cover and yes will have access to the compartment containing the battery. Always with the help of the small screwdriver, proceed to make the va and lift the battery out of the housing. Then take the new battery (check the type) and place it on the housing, always making sure to position it with the positive pole facing upwards. Finally, close the back cover by re-hooking it to the key.
