If we want to proceed with the do-it-yourself replacement of the front fog light bulb, we must first obtain a new bulb that has the same specifications as the type fitted to the car. After that, we begin to unhook the plastic mask surrounding the headlight by gently pulling it towards you to avoid breaking the fixing clips. Then bend down in front of the headlight and with your fingers look for the connection clamp behind the headlight and release it, then pull out the bulb holder. Pull the bulb towards you to remove it from the socket and hook the new bulb. Put the bulb holder back by inserting the bulb inside the headlight and reconnect the power supply clamp. Finally, refit the plastic mask.

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
