Replacement of Exhaust Manifold Gasket

Before applying the new gasket to the exhaust manifold, it is essential to thoroughly clean the gasket seating on both the cylinder head and manifold sides to remove any dirt and deposits that could compromise the gasket's adherence and sealing. Once cleaned, position the gasket aligning it with the dowel pins and insert the manifold, tightening the respective fixing nuts with a torque wrench. In this case, it is not necessary to apply gasket sealant as the compression of the gasket ensures sealing.
