Operation: How to remove the cylinder head of a Ford Focus

Let's see together how to remove the cylinder head of a Ford Focus. To begin: we remove the plastic soundproofing panel on the engine head and remove the oil dipstick. We disconnect all the terminals that bring electricity to the engine glow plugs with needle nose pliers. Remove the filter and battery box, the various wiring present on the head (disconnect the metal clamps of the various pipes and the various power supply terminals with pliers). We remove the metal belt cover and all its parts; unscrew all the pins of the engine head with a socket wrench or electric screwdriver, remove it together with the gasket. Let's reassemble everything by proceeding backwards.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes.
