The following steps will show you how to remove and replace the glow plugs on the Ford Focus 1.6 TDCI, following the instructions below. First, open the vehicle's bonnet and start removing the plastic engine cover; then disconnect the electrical connectors of the glow plugs and use a socket spanner with an extension to unscrew and remove them, as shown in the video. At this point, install the new original glow plugs of the correct type and with the same thread pitch; finally, check their operation when starting the engine!
