To replace the antenna on a Ford Fiesta, remove the courtesy light unit located in the centre of the roof inside the cabin. Once the light unit is extracted from its housing, loosen the screw underneath that secures the antenna from the inside.

By unscrewing this screw, the antenna will be released and can be replaced with a new one. Position the new antenna and secure it with the appropriate screw, then cover it by reinserting the courtesy light unit.
