If, when you turn on the vehicle, none of the radio controls work, check the fuses. The fuse box is located behind the glove compartment, so access the passenger side and open the compartment by fully flipping it down.

The fuses to check are number 10 and number 24 (refer to the vehicle's user manual). Use a pair of tweezers to remove the two fuses, check their functionality (ensure they are not blown), and if necessary, replace them.

Finally, close the glove compartment and try turning on the radio again.
