If the license plate light on your Ford Fusion first series (year 2006-2012) has suddenly stopped working and you want to replace it yourself, all you have to do is follow these simple steps. First, park your car safely and make sure you turn it off completely. Once you have taken these simple precautions, go to the rear of the vehicle and lift the hood. Then use a small Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the two screws that hold the license plate light in place and remove the latter. Finally, replace the old bulb with the new one.
