After performing the classic oil and filter change on your Ford Fusion first series (year 2011) it may happen that due to an electronic error the warning light continues to come on steadily. To solve this anomaly, simply perform a manual reset. First, get inside the car and close all the doors tightly. Immediately after insert the key and start the instrument panel. Now press the "Setup" button located in the lower left area of the steering wheel several times. Once you see the "Oil life" item on the instrument panel display, press and hold the "Reset" button until the warning light is completely reset.
