In this tutorial, see how to change a tire on a Ford Fusion, a very simple operation. First, ensure the parking brake is properly engaged, then open the trunk and retrieve both the spare tire and the various tools.

Next, loosen the lug nuts of the tire to be replaced, position the jack under the indicated frame area, and lift the car. At this point, you can completely remove the old tire, place the replacement on, and tighten the lug nuts. These should only be tightened once the car is back on the ground.
