To replace the mirror cap on the Ford Transit, use a tool to pry off the cap from the back of the mirror: to do this, you will need to detach the rivets located inside the cap. Once it has been removed from its seat, you can position the new one at the back of the mirror: when it is in place, press it so that the internal rivets engage with their respective housings.
