Removing the Tyre and Replacing the Inner Tube on Garelli and Piaggio Si

In this video, we will see simple instructions to remove the tyre from the rim and replace the inner tube on a Garelli 50cc, as well as on the Piaggio Si, Ciao, and Bravo. First, remove the wheel from your moped; then proceed to release all the air pressure inside the inner tube by pressing the valve pin. At this point, get two very thin levers and remove the tyre from the rim, as shown in the video.

All that is left is to extract the inner tube and replace it with the new one!

To dismantle the engine block of the Piaggio Zip, first extract it from its housing: once removed, you can proceed by loosening the screws that secure the side casing and also removing the spark plug from the top of the cylinder. This way, you can unscrew the bolts that secure it to its seat and then loosen the bolts that attach the connecting rod to the piston.
