To replace the cylinder on the Garelli Tiger Cross, access the side of the engine so that the cylinder's fixing screws on the top can be loosened. Then, disconnect all relevant connectors and sensors so that the old cylinder can be completely removed from its housing; after removal, it will be possible to reposition the piston by placing the cylinder back on top of the engine. This must be secured and connected properly to ensure everything functions correctly.
