How do you disassemble the engine of the Garelli VIP?

On the Garelli VIP, the disassembly of the engine is carried out by first removing it from its housing, loosening all the bolts that fix it to the respective supports. Once the engine has been freed from the supports and the connectors connected to it, it will be possible to remove the cylinder and detach the piston from the connecting rod, removing its respective seeger ring. After the piston has been removed, it will be possible to also detach the pedals, removing the pins that fix the protective covers of the internal components of the engine: these can in turn be removed and replaced.

Let's find out the procedure on how to carry out the routine maintenance coupon, replacing the engine oil and oil filter, of the Husqvarna FE 350S enduro motorcycle. First we go to drain the engine oil, unscrewing the vent bolt that we find on the sump; we first remove the plastic bulkhead, unscrewing the screws. At this point, after having drained the oil in a container, we are going to unscrew the screws of the oil filter housing, removing and replacing the cartridge with the new one; unscrew the filler cap and pour in the new engine oil!
