To change the transmission oil in the EC 300, position the bike so that you can work on it safely (for example, lean it against a wall as shown in the video images). It is advisable to start the engine and keep it running, possibly while moving, for about 5 minutes to make the oil more fluid. The first step is to remove the bolt from the transmission oil level check hole. Now, place a container under the engine block and, using the appropriate spanner, undo the bolt located under the engine itself, allowing all the oil to drain out. Once this operation is complete, reposition the bolt under the engine and proceed to pour the new oil into the hole next to the engine block, using a small funnel if possible. After this, re-tighten the side bolt and you’re done!
