Model: Gasgas Ec 300

In this tutorial, you will see the main instructions for installing a new cylinder assembly consisting of a piston, rings, cylinder, and head, along with its bolts, on the Gasgas EC 300 enduro bike. First, clean the base of the cylinder thoroughly and ensure it is perfectly flat (if not, proceed with surfacing); then mount the piston onto the connecting rod of the crankshaft, inserting the pin and then the clips. At this point, insert the cylinder onto the piston, ensuring the spacers are in the correct position; finally, mount the head!
