In order to remove the rear wheel of the Gilera GP 800, you must loosen the side bolts that secure the central axle of the wheel to the end of the swingarm: once these bolts have been loosened, it will be possible to completely remove the axle from the center of the wheel. Then you can also loosen the chain so that it is removed from the corresponding sprocket and you will also have to unscrew the bolts that secure the brake caliper to the disc: the wheel will then have been removed from its housing and it will be possible to install the new one, checking that everything works.
