Removing the fairings mainly involves unscrewing a series of bolts. For the rest, follow the sequence of bolts removed as shown in the video. The procedure is similar for both Gilera VC200r and Kawasaki Z200; you can follow the same disassembly order for both. For reassembly, proceed in reverse and ensure you use the correct size spanners for the bolts (not just nearly the right size) to avoid damaging them.
