Model: Gilera Runner 50
In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove and replace the variator on the Gilera Runner RST 50 scooter, as well as the 125 model. First, place the scooter on its centre stand and start by unscrewing all the fixing screws of the transmission cover located on the left side to remove it. Next, unscrew the nut of the fan and the clutch bell, then remove the drive belt as shown in the video. At this point, you can remove and replace the variator with a new one; now reassemble everything, following the video tutorial to the end!
