To change the engine oil of the Gilera Runner XVR 200, access the lower part of the bike where you will find the oil drain plug. Open this plug to collect the used oil in a container. In the same position, on the right side of the bike just below the exhaust, locate the oil filter, which can be removed from its housing and replaced with a new one. Finally, top up by inserting the new oil through the breather located on the left side of the bike, near the rear wheel.

How to replace the coolant in the BMW S1000 R

Today, we will see in this video tutorial how to bleed and replace the coolant in the BMW S1000 R motorcycle.
