How to replace the clutch and variator of the Gilera Nexus 500.

In this short and simple guide, we will see the useful instructions for disassembling and replacing the variator and clutch of the Gilera Nexus 500 scooter. First, we put the scooter on the center stand and start unscrewing the clutch cover fixing screws, which we find on the sides; then we unscrew the central nut of the fan and that of the clutch, in order to remove them, as shown in the video. At this point, if necessary, we also replace the transmission belt and rollers; then we just have to reassemble all the components of our transmission, applying the reverse procedure!
