In this short and simple guide, you will find useful instructions for dismantling and replacing the variator and clutch on the Gilera Nexus 500 scooter. First, place the scooter on the centre stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the clutch cover, located on the sides; then unscrew the central nut of the fan and the clutch nut to remove them, as shown in the video.

At this point, replace the drive belt and rollers if necessary; then simply reassemble all the components of your transmission by following the reverse procedure!
