How to program an ignition key of the Gmc Savana

To be able to program a new ignition key of the car, it is necessary to proceed as follows: first obtain a new key and a chronometer, then insert the new key in the dashboard and turn on the ignition , start the chronometer and wait 10 minutes, (in the meantime the yellow light will be shown on the dashboard with the padlock symbol on), at the end of the 10 minutes the light will turn off. Then repeat the same procedure waiting for another 10 minutes, after which the light will turn off again. Finally, repeat the above cycle for the third time and, at the end of this cycle, the warning light will go off definitively and the key will have been programmed.
