In this brief and simple guide, learn how to remove and replace the fuel tank of a Harley Davidson Sportster 883. First, place your motorcycle on a stand and begin by removing the rider and passenger seats. Next, unscrew the fuel tank pin located at the bottom, then unscrew the bolts at the top to lift it, as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect the electrical connector and the fuel line underneath. Replace the tank and reassemble everything!
