Today's guide will show us the steps that will allow us to disassemble and replace the front brake pads of the Harley Davidson Sportster Iron 883 motorcycle. First of all, we put the motorcycle on the stand and start unscrewing the fastening screws of the front brake caliper, in order to remove it; then we lever the caliper piston to retract it, removing the old pads, as shown in the video. At this point, we clean the caliper from the residual dirt, installing the new brake pads (of excellent quality); then we reassemble the brake caliper!

How do you change the engine oil of the BMW R 1200 GS?

The replacement of the engine oil of the BMW R 1200 GS is carried out by loosening the bolts that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike. Once this plate has been removed, it will be possible to unscrew the drain plug below, so that the used oil can be collected inside a suitably positioned container. Next to the drain plug you will find the oil filter, which in turn must be extracted and replaced with a new one. After the replacement, it will be possible to top up from the special vent on the crankcase to the left of the bike.
